• Contact Information: Email address, phone number, mailing address (required for ICAD and contracts).

• Tracking data: Communication history, pre-adoption forms, breed/litter preferences.

• Payment: Transactions are processed by secure payment providers (e.g., Stripe); we do not store your credit card information.

3. Why do we collect your data?

Your information is processed through the Digital Nelyx infrastructure for the following purposes:

• Reservation Management: Tracking deposits and generating sales contracts.

• Automations: Automatic sending of preparation tips for the puppy's arrival and notifications about litter updates.

• Legal Requirements: Filing reports with ICAD and the Société Centrale Canine (SCC), and maintaining a breeding stock entry/exit log.

• Customer Service: We'll answer your questions via chat, text message, or email.

4. Storage and Security

Your data is centralized on the secure interface provided by Digital Nelyx.

• Access is restricted to farm managers only.

• We implement technical security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or theft of your information.

5. Shelf Life

• Prospects (who have not made a purchase): Data is retained for 3 years after the last contact.

• Buyers: Data related to the sales contract is retained for 10 years (legal accounting requirement and health monitoring).

6. Data Sharing

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It is only shared with the relevant authorities as required in connection with the sale:

• I-CAD (Identification of Domestic Carnivores).

• SCC (Société Centrale Canine) for LOF-registered puppies.

• Livestock veterinarian responsible for issuing certificates of transfer.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of Access and Correction: You may update your information at any time.

• Right to erasure: You may request that your data be deleted (unless it is necessary for the performance of a current contract or to comply with a legal obligation).
